Mahachai Land Development Ltd. is an establishment of joint investments among bankers, financiers, property developers and a leading plastic manufacturer in Thailand. The main purpose of the company is to find land for development and creation of quality industrial estates to further industrial growth. Presently, the company in conjunction with Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, set up two industrial estates, one is Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate at kilometer 32.5 on the Thonburi-Paktor Highway. All necessary infrastructure and public utilities have been completely developed. The other is Ratchaburi Industrial Estate located on kilometer 90 Phetkasem Highway, which is being developed, and available to the investors for use at the beginning of 1997.
